Automotive enquiries are typically driven by detailed drawings, defined material grades and strict performance criteria. We are used to working from specification — reviewing tolerances, temperature requirements, coating selection and magnetisation direction at quotation stage. Our focus is on confirming that the component can be manufactured reliably and repeatedly before production begins.

At RFQ stage, we assess whether the specified geometry, material and finishing requirements are suitable for production. Where necessary, we provide practical feedback on tolerances, machining allowances, coating options or assembly methods. The aim is to prevent issues later in the programme by addressing feasibility early.

Components are verified to drawing, and production is monitored to ensure repeatability across batches and over time.
