Neodymium Magnets Manufactured To Your Exact Specifications
Grades, Temperature & Performance
Wide range of neodymium grades to accommodate your magnetic pull force and operating temperature requirements. Our team can advise on grade selection to ensure the magnet performs reliably in service.
Dimensions & Geometries
Neodymium magnets manufactured to your specific dimensions. Common industrial formats including discs, blocks, rings, arcs, and countersunk designs are supported, as well as custom geometries where standard options are not suitable.
Magnetisation & Tolerances
Magnetisation direction and dimensional tolerances are critical to performance. We support axial, diametric, and application-defined magnetisation, with controlled tolerances for assembly and repeatability.
Coatings & Environmental Protection
Neodymium magnets require appropriate surface protection for most industrial environments. We can advise on coating selection based on humidity, corrosion risk, handling and assembly processes.
ISO9001 Quality & Reliable Supply
We focus on realistic lead times, clear delivery expectations, and repeatable supply under ISO 9001 processes - helping customers plan with confidence and avoid unexpected disruption.
Magnetic Assemblies & Integration
Neodymium magnets are frequently supplied for integration into housings, fixtures, and assemblies. We support formats and magnetisation patterns suited to installation, alignment, and end-use performance

Coatings & Corrosion Protection for Neodymium Magnets
Neodymium magnets are susceptible to corrosion if left unprotected. We offer a range of coating options depending on the environment and application, including Ni-Cu-Ni (Nickel), Epoxy and Zinc.
Our full range of neodymium coatings and technical specifications are available for download below. We can advise on coating suitability for your specific application requirement or environmental factors, such as humidity, outdoor use, chemical exposure or assembly processes.
Rare-Earth Export License Information
Certain grades of NdFeB magnets contain rare earth materials subject to China’s export licensing regulations. These restrictions (introduced in 2025) have affected lead times and availability across the industry – particularly for high temperature neodymium grades: UH, AH, EH.
We’re actively managing this on behalf of customers – advising on realistic lead times, providing stockholding options and managing the export license process. If supply continuity is a concern for your programme, talk to us early. Our experts can often advise on alternative grades that do not contain dysprosium or terbium, and as such are not subject to export license requirements.
