Magnatech Fuel Conditioning Ltd specialises in fuel conditioning systems that improve boiler efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. Their technology uses high-powered magnets to influence fuel at a molecular level, optimising combustion and performance.

With GUK Magnetics’ support, Magnatech has developed a Fuel Conditioning System now used worldwide—including in the USA, Australia, China, and Africa. They are also one of only 15 European companies to hold the prestigious TRITECH ETV certificate for environmental technology.

Magnatech Fuel Conditioning Ltd underwent a significant transition in 2018 when new ownership took over. As the new team shifted from being technology distributors to managing full-scale production, they sought expert support to streamline this transition.

GUK Magnetics played a key role in providing both technical and operational assistance:

• Engineering Support: Our experienced engineering team reviewed the original 2007 design and recommended practical improvements to enhance efficiency and performance. Through detailed consultations, we ensured the new Magnatech team clearly understood the technical aspects of the system.

• Magnetic Field Analysis: A crucial part of the project involved determining how the magnetic field penetrated fuel feed pipes. GUK Magnetics’ technical team conducted Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations to accurately model the magnetic field and validate product effectiveness, giving Magnatech deeper insight into system performance.

• Reliable Supply Chain and Logistics: Our operations team provided clear communication on lead times, potential delays, and public holiday schedules, particularly regarding shipping from China. We also worked closely with Magnatech to ensure pricing structures remained transparent, supporting their financial planning and smooth day-to-day operations.
